Campaign Overview

The Golden Ticket Giveaway is a chocolate themed promotion run over a two-week period in the lead up to the Easter long weekend. Members have a chance to win custom chocolate bars as well as instant win cash and venue voucher prizes, which are hidden within chocolate bars as Golden Tickets. All entries also go into the running to win an overarching prize (1 – 3 Easter Hampers pending Pack selection).

Campaign Period
Start: Monday 23 March 2026, 10:00am
End: Sunday 05 April 2026, 7:59pm

Entry Mechanics
Members swipe at the kiosk (one entry per day) and/or at other locations throughout the venue if applicable (up to three additional entries per day). All entries must be placed in the entry box to be eligible for the Daily Draws.

Daily Chocolate Draws
Four daily draws with two winners drawn at 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm (8 winners per day).
Winners receive a chocolate bar. A Golden Ticket may be hidden within.
Winner must be present at time of draw. Entry box to be emptied after 8pm daily draw with entries saved for Major Draw. Easter Hamper(s) drawn 8pm on Sunday 5 April (all entries).

Golden Ticket
There are 40 Golden Tickets concealed within chocolate bars (approximately 1 in 3 winning chocolate bars).
Patrons need to present ticket to staff to redeem their instant win prize.
Vouchers are valid for redemption until 30 April 2026.

Set up of collateral within venue space. Table covers and backdrop set up where applicable. Foil and ribbon suspended where applicable. Other Easter themed decorations placed to emphasise the scene.

As per concept A plus additional foil, ribbon and Easter themed decorations placed to emphasise the scene.

Concept C: $330
As per concepts A and B plus additional decorations and a large decorative piece set in the background for more visual impact.
