SHOWCASE JACKPOTS are only available to be won on machines located in the venue’s Showcase Jackpots Machine Bank. Participating machines are also identified by a Showcase Jackpots logo that scrolls on the machine’s screen. All participating machines contribute to the funding and “meter value” for the Showcase Jackpots prize.

Showcase Jackpots have minimum and maximum meter values. The meter value increases as participating machines are played and is displayed on the overhead LCD display. The Showcase Jackpots prize will be won at a random level in between the two values. The meter values at which the Showcase Jackpots is won does not relate in any way to the monetary value of that prize. The Showcase Jackpots prizes available to be won are detailed below.

A Showcase Jackpots prize will be won by one person only who is playing a participating machine when the random meter value is reached. Shortly before the awarding of the Showcase Jackpots prize, all participating machines screens will display that the prize is able to be won. The winning machine will then display a winner’s message advising the player to stay at the machine for venue staff assistance.

The winning player will be provided a digital copy of the completed Showcase Jackpots Win Details Form along with a digital copy of the Jackpot Receipt Voucher as verification of their Showcase Jackpots prize win.

An original Jackpot Receipt Voucher is a bearer document and any prize payment by Onyx Gaming (or its authorised representative) to a person surrendering a Jackpot Receipt Voucher together with the copy of the Showcase Fixed Prize Jackpot Win Details Register form, shall discharge any liability Onyx Gaming has in respect of that prize. Onyx Gaming assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or stolen Jackpot Receipt Vouchers. Onyx Gaming reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any component of a prize package) for a product of equal value should the prize be unavailable for any reason at the time of winning the prize. The monetary equivalent of a prize not claimed within 12 months from the date of the win will be paid to the Victorian Government in accordance with the Unclaimed Monies Act and a claim for a prize after this period shall be made directly to the Victorian Government.

If the prize must be delivered to the winning player: a Delivery Request Form must be completed to arrange the delivery of the prize, and a Delivery Confirmation Form must be completed upon delivery.
