WINNING PROCESS

  1. Cashier will confirm the win and produce a Jackpot Receipt Voucher.
  2. Win must be registered with the Showcase Jackpots Win Details Form (this form).
  3. Winner to provide a form of identification to confirm eligibility.
  4. Winner to provide details to register the win in their name, including valid email, phone and address.
  5. A digital copy of the completed form will be emailed to the Winner.
  6. Prize Package will be handed to the winner when form is completed. Or alternative arrangements need to be made.
