The Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After transitioning from Gaming as a Service to an Advisory model in 2022, responsibility for gaming investment and decision-making returned to the Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key challenges included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Inconsistent reinvestment and an ageing gaming floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gaming capital competing with broader Club priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Between August 2022 and October 2025, the Club completed only the level of machine and game investment normally recommended for a single year..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In November 2025, the Club returned to a Gaming as a Service model, establishing a more structured approach to investment and gaming floor management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • An immediate deployment of five new gaming cabinets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Guaranteed annual machine refresh cycles<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Management of purchasing, suppliers, deployments and Gaming Monitor liaison<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Business Intelligence reporting and local market benchmarking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
